“Hino River Style” ManufacturingProduction like stream of river

QualityHigh quality by upstream control
Clean stream from up top
Snow melted water of Mount Daisen and rain are purified by beech virgin forest, and the clean water is guided toward downstream and purified to drinkable tasty water. Just as this clean and purified water streaming down, in our manufacturing we devote to create a mechanism for reliable control at upstream of production process where quality of manufacturing will be depended on, and we set our target for “100% Quality Production”.
SpeedQuick Response
Stream is quick from upstream
Like fresh water streaming down forcefully from upstream to downstream at Hino River, we respond to customer requirements quickly with “Sense of Speed” in order to meet customer satisfaction.
StocklessStockless
Clear stream without stagnant
The fundamental idea of our production is smooth flow manufacturing with steady cycle time just as clean stream of the Hino River. We eliminate wastefulness such as goods in process and excess making in between processes, then we continue to pursue “Low Cost Manufacturing” by improving manufacturing efficiency.

Hino River

The river flows east-northeast starting from Mount Mikuni (1,004m in height) in Nichinan Town Hino Country, Tottori Prefecture. The river turns north-northwest at Kofu Town which is located at the foot of Mount Daisen, and finally it streams down into Miho Bay at the border of Yonago City and Saihaku County Hiezu Village. Population within Hino River basin is approximately 60,800. Kanna-Nagashi (a method of collecting iron sand) was thriving in the Edo period (1600 – 1868).
